This OCuLink 8x female to SFF-8654 8x male adapter can be used to connect internal devices, e.g. a backplane with SFF-8654 connector to a controller with OCuLink SFF-8612/SFF-8611 connector.

Also can work for a backplane with SFF-8612/SFF-8611 socket to a controller with SFF-8654 8x socket.
